We are what we eat!  Eating Our Stories is a chance to explore how food reveals, teaches and passes on culture.  By eating our way around the globe, we will taste the foods and experience the rituals that make nations, communities, and families unique.  We will be both on and off campus as we travel the region unlocking the secrets behind the food that we eat.

We'll learn to bake bread, participate in a tea ceremony, and learn about food as medicine.  The week's activities will tour us through rich traditions that began on each continent and now flourish in our local communities and homes.  Why just read about these traditions' stories if we could eat them.
