C Jaap and Wing Mui will be supervising the creation of a number of MOBILES to be hung from the Desperately Dull upper hallways of Math/Sci. Wing will appropriately apply the Fabulous Fibonacci Sequence to various materils, dimensions, and weights where C will apply the please-don't-injure-anyone-sequence of (1) safety, (2) structural soundness, and lastly, hopefully, (3) general beauty/visual intrigue. Wing and I share interests in interactive orbiting, pattern sequence, light play, and color, but students will be free to introduce their own interpretations of the mobile concept, provided C's first and second "applicables" are met.

The project will happen in the Art Barn, in studio #1 space, so, with permission, any material found in there can be used, short of dissecting those dolls you all keep wondering about (although ... hmmm ... no, never mind). The more vertically oriented mobiles will be hung high in the hallways, while a more horizontally oriented mobile could be hung in a classroom.
