Project World Repair

Grades
7
8

We will do different projects each day, and sometimes two in a day, based on the kinds of things you want to do:  serve a meal to the homeless, clean up a beach or park, work with elders in a senior center, help take care of kids in a child care, fix up a shelter, take care of abandoned animals...whatever.  Think about what the world needs most, what we can do that will make the most impact, what you like to do, and we’ll put it all together.

The educational objectives of Project World Repair are to learn about the needs of our community and how we, as individuals and as a small, energetic and devoted group, can help meet those needs.  We will learn about working together with our peers to maximize the impact of our efforts towards making the world a better place, and about ourselves, our neighbors and our community.
