Train lovers and others who enjoy working with their hands will want to be a part of this project with the Northwest Railway Museum and the Snoqualmie Depot.  This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to give back to the community by helping restore railroad cars and the depot itself.  Participants have the chance to help preserve Washington's history while learning all about trains.

Students will be working alongside Washington's railway experts and aficianados to restore train cars and the Snoqualmie train depot.  This community service project is perfect for all who enjoy working with their hands, doing their part to support the local community, working toward preserving history, and being a part of something big, quite literally.

Special Considerations

All participants must be able to legally work with the necessary tools, so any applicants must be at least 16 years of age.
