Owls Night Out is a wonderful annual celebration that brings our community together for a fun and festive evening! This year, we will be hosting the event at the Bellevue Arts Museum. We are looking forward to celebrating 55 years of Overlake with our amazing community of Owls! 

All current and alumni parents, faculty, staff, and alums are invited to attend Owls Night Out. Please note this event is for adult only, and all attendees must be age 21+. 

The dress code is casual festive - please feel free to come however you like! The most important thing is that you are comfortable and ready to enjoy the evening. The entire event will be inside with a coat check available.

Yes, registrations are due by Monday, February 26.

All food and drinks are included with the ticket price. Food will include vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. View the menu here.

Yes! We invite you to support Faculty/Staff Professional Development at this year’s Owls Night Out. For more information, please contact Director of Development Brisen Brady at bbrady@overlake.org.

We are also currently soliciting businesses that would like to sponsor our event. If you know of a company that might be interested, please direct them to learn more about our sponsorship opportunities or contact Brisen Brady at bbrady@overlake.org. 

You are also welcome to make an additional, optional donation during the registration process. Every donation and sponsorship helps in underwriting the costs of this event. 

If you cancel by February 21, you are eligible for a full refund for tickets purchased – you can also choose to donate your tickets back to the school and help cover the costs for a faculty or staff member. Cancellations after February 21 are non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding.

If the cost of attending Owls Night Out or Owls Night In community building events is prohibitive, please email Director of Development Brisen Brady at bbrady@overlake.org so that we may provide financial assistance. We hope that as many guests as possible are able to join in this special experience.
