Event Details
Owls Night Out is a wonderful annual celebration that brings our community together for a fun and festive evening! This year, we will be hosting the event at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue. We are looking forward to celebrating our amazing community of Owls!
All current and alumni parents, faculty, staff, and alums are invited to attend Owls Night Out. Please note this event is for adults only, and all attendees must be age 21+.
Cocktail attire is encouraged. The most important thing is that you are comfortable and ready to enjoy the evening. The entire event will be inside with a coat check available.
Yes, registrations are due by Wednesday, February 26.
Dinner and two drink tickets are included with the ticket price. Unlimited beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages are complimentary. Food will include vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options.
Yes! We invite you to support furnishing the highly anticipated Student & Community Center. For more information, please contact Director of Development Brisen Brady at bbrady@overlake.org.
Yes! Heidi Leonard Photography is offering professional 12”x12” matted portrait photographs of the students of registered guests for $50. When registering for the event, you can purchase the photograph in advance of the event and it will be available for pick up after the event.
There will be a photo sample display at the event with a QR code for guests that did not purchase a portrait during event registration as Heidi will return to campus for one additional portrait session.
We are also currently soliciting businesses that would like to sponsor our event or individuals interested in helping underwrite the associated costs for this event. If you know of a company that might be interested, please direct them to learn more about our sponsorship opportunities or contact Megan Schoening at mschoening@overlake.org.
If you cancel by February 21, you are eligible for a full refund for tickets purchased – you can also choose to donate your tickets back to the school and help cover the costs for a faculty or staff member. Cancellations after February 21 are non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding.
If the cost of attending Owls Night Out or Owls Night In community building events is prohibitive, please email Director of Development Brisen Brady at bbrady@overlake.org so that we may provide financial assistance. We hope that as many guests as possible are able to join in this special experience.
