Become a Zine-Maker

People with independent ideas have been getting their word out since there were printing presses.  A zine is a self-produced book about anything you want because you are the creator, publisher and bookmaker.  All you need is paper and a printer.  And, of course, an idea – that’s where this project comes in!

We will be making zine comics about myths and fairytales.  Each of us will select a favorite myth or fairytale, and then create illustrations and text to make our zines. We will work throught the process of creating illustrations and characters, as well as how to format and self-publish a zine.  (Warning: once you start making zines, it is hard to stop!)
