MS Battle of the Books

The Battle of the Books is a combination reading contest/game show, open to 6th-8th graders. 5th graders do their own Battle in February.

This year 6th-8th Graders will be competing against Open Window School & St. Thomas on March 19, 2018.
Because we can only take about ten 6th-8th graders to St. Thomas for the spring Battle with the other schools...
We will have a fall preliminary Battle on Nov 16, 9:15-11:20 AM in the TLC Student Center.
The two winning 6th-8th grade teams from the November Battle will go to St. Thomas on March 19 for the multi-school Battle.
Most of the books on the 6th-8th grade lists were chosen by students
Booklist for the November Battle for 6th-8th grade is posted here.
Students need to read at least three of the books on the list to participate.
Some copies of books will be available in the Library.
Students may sign up for the November Battle until Nov 6, 2017.
