The Hoot 2021
The Hoot is the Middle School literary magazine. Every year, the Hoot staff assesses submissions of poetry, artwork, stories, and more, and select the best for publication in The Hoot. Usually we gather on campus twice a month and share cookies as we read submissions, but this year we went all online, and many thanks go to the dedicated staff who voted on submissions all year. Many thanks also to the teachers who let me know when their classes were writing stories or poetry, so we could consider them for The Hoot.
