Middle School Lunch Book Club: City of Ember

The Middle School Lunch Book Club met today to discuss Jeanne DuPrau's popular steampunk dystopia, The City of Ember. In the book, the real mystery starts when Lina must put together a message that has been chewed to pieces by a baby. So we started out our meeting by having to put together a torn-up clue to find the treats for the meeting (Nanaimo bars). From there, we had a lively discussion, and are looking forward to our next meeting in May! Many thanks to Mrs. Hunt for joining us each time.
